NTL Review

18/03/13

Congratulations to our four teams (Women’s T League, Men’s T League, Women’s 35s & Men’s 50s) who participated at the just completed National Touch League tournament held in Coffs Harbour. Whilst our teams were unable to make the finals, they all performed admirably and were a credit to the region.

Thank you to our coaches (Brenda Rackemann, Sandy Gleeson, Darren Morrison, Shane Read, Graham White & Peter Farrell) for their efforts and to our two fantastic physios (Casey Helmore & Peta Jackson) who both worked tirelessly all week. A special thanks is extended to Angus Rathie who showed a big heart in getting out of his sick bed to fulfil his bus driving role.

Well done also to our referees (Brad Smith, Matt Prendergast, Aaron Searston, Michael del Castillo, Christian del Castillo & Hayden Smith) for officiating at the event and special mention goes to our Director of Referees, Matt Prendergast, who received his Level 6 upgrade.
